Can a person be born with blue hair?

I was looking at my child pictures from when I was like, 5, and I saw me with blue hair. No lie. And my mom showed me a picture of when I was three and I had blue hair. Then, I think when I was 6 my mom said she dyed my hair blonde because the school thought my hair was unnatural. Now I am 17 and it is pure black. Today, my friends say they can still see a small bluish tint in my hair even though I have never dyed my hair blue. So, can anyone explain this to me?
