Yeah he likes you. He is onviously flirting with you. But he sounds confused about whether he wants to date you. Are you getting mixed signals from him? If so, he is confused about whether he wants to date you. Just joke back to him that you like him too and/or flirt alot. This might give him the courage to ask you out.
