Are bluish greyish eyes rare?

Are grey eyes rare and are bluish grey eyes common. Are grey eyes pure grey rare? Also are grey eyes dominant to green and brown, I think so. Grey eyes with blue in them are dominant, the only color that grey is not dominant to is black.
