How can i fix my finger?

i have a sprained finger it is bigger than the others it is my ring finger and it is purplish and bluish.I can not do anything with it and it hurts so much to pick things up.I also can not make a fist and my sprained finger won't join with my middle finger help me i don't want to have surgery!
