How rare are bluish grey eyes and blue eyes?

My eyes are bluish grey but how rare is this? Also how rare are grey eyes? Are grey eyes dominant to brown eyes and green eyes, I think so, they seem more dominant and blue with grey are dominant to brown and green right? Yep, the only color dominant to grey is black and black eyes are rare because they are extremely rare, if two heavly blued people have a baby, the baby will have some odds of getting black eyes, think of a tooth cracking it turns dark blue to black right? So if two people with dark blue eyes have children there child may get black eyes.
