Now that the bleeding is over?

Now that the dreadful season is over for my Dallas Cowboys is over...whats next? Should Garret be the next permenant Head Coach ( I think he should wondering what other people think)? What priorities should Dallas have in the off season in the draft and through free angency and trades? Basically pretend your Jerry Jones in the off season....what should they do?
