Will i ever get my beach body :/..?

im 14 kind of overweight anywas im working on my beachbody and well theirs a prblem when i was 13 i had an operation it involved in opening my stomach ( c section) and i still have the scarring.. anyways when i lose weight and wear a bikini will it show... the scar is like bluish purple ! and my moms c section is like white?!
