I did read your story and I'm not sure what you asking. So I'll just tell you what I think. Even if these women's children do not come back to America and do bad things they still harm us. How you ask? They get welfare sent to them every month to raise that American baby in their country. Billions go out of this country every month to pay for that alone. You have an American that was not raised here, with no ties to America and full rights to be here. Just because of where they were born.
