My Epson NX515 printer keeps printing with a blue tint.?

I've been printing the same picture for a while so I know its not the image and i always use the same settings. For some reason today i print and this image is more bluish then green. I do a nozzle check no yellow shows up so I do a clean, still no yellow lines show up. I take the inks out and look at them, cant tell whats wrong so i put them back in and lose tons of in from them recharging. I had to buy another pack of ink because he cyan was low and now its back to printing with a light bluish tint? what should I do? what could be wrong?
