Need help on which turbo setup to choose? 6.0L powerstroke?

Ok for about 5 minutes forget all of the problems with the 6.0's. I have an 06 6.0 f250 and it has 130k miles. I want to put either twins or a nice pricey turbo on it. (put cost aside) Tell me what you guys think about these combos: ATS aurora 4000, standalone. a Industrial Injection silver bullet, standalone. A Aurora 4000 matched with a Garret Powermax (the new 9 vane one) Ive been researching but every other review or opinion is good or bad on the ATS' or how the Powermax only offers 175hp improvement.
